Can I change the products of an order I have already placed?
Once an order has been placed, we're unable to change products. We're happy to check whether your order can still be cancelled.
How can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order? Our Customer Care Team will be happy to check straight away whether a cancellation is still possible.
Can I change the delivery address of an order?
As long as your order hasn't been prepared for dispatch yet, we can update your delivery address within the UK.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept payments via Apple Pay, GPay, Amex, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort and iDeal. The payment options that are available for your country will be displayed during the checkout process.
Will I get a price change or price adjustment after placing my order?
Promotional offers are valid while supplies last and for the period listed, and the price at the time of order applies. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to existing orders or purchases made after a promotion.
Can you mark my international order lower than the stated value or as a gift?
We are unable to mark orders with a reduced value or as a gift, as by law all orders must show their full value on the customs form. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties charged locally.
Where do I enter a discount code?
Discount codes can be applied during the checkout process. Enter your code into the “Discount code” bar and hit “Apply”. If you are using a mobile, you may need to open the order summary to be able to enter a discount code.
Can I use multiple discount codes simultaneously?
Discount codes cannot be combined. That means that only one discount code can be applied per order.
Why is my discount code not working?
If an error message appears, your discount code may no longer be valid, so please check its terms and conditions and expiration date. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to help if you need further assistance.
