Would you like to cancel your order? Our Customer Care Team will be happy to check straight away whether a cancellation is still possible.

Simply send us your order number via our contact form and let us know that you'd like to cancel your order. You can also use our withdrawal form.

We'll then get back to you and let you know whether your order can still be cancelled. As we prepare orders for dispatch as quickly as possible, the sooner you get in touch, the better.
