Yes – the shades labelled Perfect are made for the waterline. They set smoothly, hold throughout the day and stay comfortable against the eye. Metallic shades are made for the lash line, where the shimmer catches the light – we don't recommend them on the waterline.

One pass of the Velvet Love Eyeliner Pencil gives a soft, defined line. Blur the edge with the 230 Detail Smoky Blender brush, then layer a second pass for full depth. Metallic shades catch the light, so the shimmer shows at its fullest in daylight.
