Three things in one pencil: lip liner, lipstick and blush. Use the tip of the Pout Perfect Lip & Cheek Pencil to define your lip line, the side to fill in colour, then dot it onto your cheeks and blend with your fingers or the 127 Blush & Contour brush. On the cheeks, we recommend starting with three small dots for easy control.
