Before accepting a delivery, we highly recommend inspecting the packaging to ensure there are no signs of damage. If the parcel does appear damaged or if some items are missing, we encourage you to decline the delivery and contact our Customer Care Team immediately.
To investigate, we will require photos of the outside of the package, the invoice, and all contents. Additionally, we ask you to not dispose of the delivery packaging in case it needs inspected.
It is not possible to file a claim if made more that 7 days after delivery.
